I recently got the chance to record a screencast discussing REST-oriented web services in WCF. cover building WCF services using REST princples, the WebGet and WebInvoke attributes, working with the SyndicationFeed & Rss20FeedFormatter classes, and configuration-free WCF hosting in IIS.
